Project architect

• Provide architectural assistance to Design Director in developing construction plans, and under general supervision, to prepare preliminary drawings, plans, elevations and sections
• Prepare and develop layouts, elevations, cross sections in construction drawings.
• Assist architectural teams in dimensional surveys of buildings.
• Apply survey notes in architectural drawings with precise specifications.
• Assist and support the Design Director in executing multiple architectural projects.
• Interact with consultants to implement their plans and goals in architectural project drawings.
• Execute all aspects of architectural processes and issues.
• Maintain all architectural drawings, plans, client specifications and survey notes in organized manner.
• Ensure compliance of all architectural guidelines and standards.
• Project Management

Requirements / Qualifications

• Possess at least Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience preferably in or the related field in architectural industry.
• Computer literate with proficient in major Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office & AutoCAD
• Experience in building drawing, preliminary conceptual drawing, Construction Drawing & all relevant technical issues.
• Ensure to comply with all standard regulations and guideline from local authority.
• Able to work independently and efficiency with less supervision & hardworking.
• Pleasant personality, independent, hardworking and energetic person with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Well verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin and local dialects would be added advantages
• Confident, proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Working hour

• Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
