JOB VACANCY:

Position: Cloud Architect

Level: Senior

Working model: Fulltime | Standard Working Hours

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Develop the 'To-Be' infrastructure and network architecture aligned with business and technical requirements.

- Produce detailed architecture specifications, including compute, storage, network, and integration design.

- Prepare cost estimation and sizing models for proposed cloud architectures.

- Design and manage the security architecture, including controls, access models, and compliance alignment.

- Prepare and present submissions to the architecture review committee for design approval.

- Review and validate architecture changes against enterprise standards and best practices.

- Provide technical guidance to administrators and engineers implementing the approved

architecture.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience designing enterprise cloud/network architectures (public, private, or hybrid cloud).

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, and security architecture principles.

- Experience with cost estimation and capacity planning for cloud environments.

- Familiarity with architecture governance processes and committee-based design approval.

- Excellent documentation and technical presentation skills.

- Preferred certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure

Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect; TOGAF is an advantage.
