About the role

92 IDEAS.MY is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our Marketing & Communications team in Penampang, Sabah. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in developing and executing compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audiences across multiple platforms. As a Content Creator, you will be at the forefront of our brand's storytelling, producing high-quality, engaging content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role is essential to our marketing objectives and offers the opportunity to shape how our brand communicates with the world.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, create, and curate original, engaging content across multiple digital platforms including social media, blogs, videos, and email campaigns

• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align content with brand messaging, campaign objectives, and target audience preferences

• Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that meets brand guidelines and resonates with our audience

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of content across all channels

• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to optimise engagement and reach

• Research industry trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for innovation

• Engage with audiences across social platforms, responding to comments and messages to build community and foster relationships

• Collaborate with external partners, freelancers, and departments to source ideas, materials, and expertise for content production

• Stay current with emerging content formats, platforms, and best practices in digital marketing and communications

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role in marketing and communications, with a portfolio demonstrating your best work

• Strong creative writing and storytelling abilities with the capacity to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms

• Proficiency in creating visual content, including photography, graphic design, or video editing (Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools preferred)

• Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, content management systems, and analytics tools

• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO best practices, and audience engagement strategies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, managing multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with attention to detail

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively

• Familiarity with content marketing trends and a genuine passion for creating engaging, original content

• Preferred experience with video production, animation, or interactive content creation

• Knowledge of the Malaysian market and cultural nuances is advantageous
