Basic Salary + Performance-Based Commission RM2500 - RM5000
(Manjung or Taiping area)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Fulfil operational support requests from retail outlets to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor retail visual merchandising and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Lead, train, motivate and develop retail staff to improve performance and customer service standards.
• Assist in sales and marketing activities to achieve outlet sales targets and business growth.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure adequate staffing across assigned outlets.
• Monitor and motivate retail staff to achieve individual and outlet performance targets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate operational requirements.
• Conduct regular store visits and follow up on operational matters.
• Work closely with management to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall outlet performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in retail management.
• Experience as a Retail Supervisor, Store Manager, Retail Manager or similar position is preferred.
• Passionate about the retail industry and willing to work retail hours.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Willing to travel for regular store visits.
• Must possess own transport.
• Willing to work 6 days per week.
