About the role

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance in selecting products

• Demonstrating product features and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions

• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale

• Maintaining a clean, organised and visually appealing retail environment

• Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed prominently and correctly priced

• Answering customer inquiries about product specifications, availability and pricing

• Building positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Handling customer complaints and concerns with professionalism and empathy

• Supporting the team in achieving sales targets and store objectives

• Following company policies, procedures and health and safety regulations
