Inox Engineering Hiring! Full Time Sales Engineer in Negeri Sembilan - Ricebowl

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

       Identify and develop new customers in industrial sectors

       Build and maintain strong customer relationships

       Conduct customer visits, presentations and technical discussions

       Understand customer requirements and propose suitable engineering solutions

       Prepare cost estimates and tender/quotation documents to customers

       Follow up on quotations and negotiate commercial terms

       Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

       Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and sales dashboards to support management reporting

       Maintain accurate cost, proposal, quotation and tender records

       Coordinate project handover with the Project team after project award

       Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings

REQUIREMENTS

       Bachelor's Degree in M&E Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline

       2–5 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, proposal engineering, cost estimation, or tendering

       Experience in stainless steel fabrication, process piping, pressure vessels, tanks or industrial process equipment is an advantage

       Able to interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs and technical specifications

       Strong skills in Excel/data analysis for cost tracking and reporting; experience with dashboards (e.g., Excel, Digital Tools and SolidWorks is a plus)

       Good understanding of BOQ preparation, measurement, and contract documentation

       Strong communication and negotiation skills

       Self-motivated and target-driven

       Willing to travel throughout Malaysia; possess own transport

       Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable using digital tools and AI software to support quotations, reporting and communication

       Mandarin is an added advantage
