Support merchandising activities to optimize product assortment, inventory levels, and sales performance. Work closely with buying, retail, and marketing teams to ensure products meet customer demand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product selection and merchandising plans
- Monitor sales, inventory, and product performance
- Analyze market and customer trends
- Coordinate product launches and promotions
- Prepare sales and inventory reports
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related field
- 1–2 years of merchandising or retail experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Excel and merchandising systems
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,500.00 per month
