We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin cum Account Assistant to support the daily administrative and accounting operations of our property management office. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling office administration, customer enquiries, billing, payment processing, financial documentation, and other accounting functions while ensuring efficient office operations and excellent customer service.
Administrative Duties
- Manage daily administrative and office operations to ensure smooth branch activities.
- Maintain and organize filing systems, records, and documents in accordance with company procedures.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Respond professionally to walk-in enquiries, phone calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and other customer communications.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and general office schedules.
- Issue permits for move-ins, move-outs, renovations, and repair works, and coordinate related arrangements.
- Handle customer complaints and service requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Provide administrative support to the Building Executive and perform other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Accounting Duties
- Prepare and process payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Handle billing and collection for rental, maintenance, and other service charges.
- Manage petty cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports.
- Support month-end closing, audit preparation, and submission of financial documents to Headquarters.
- Perform e-Invoicing and ensure compliance with applicable accounting and tax requirements.
- Liaise with the Finance Department on accounting-related matters and assist with other finance duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate Management
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in administration and/or accounting.
- Experience in preparing payment vouchers, billing, collections, and e-Invoicing is an added advantage.
- Good communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
