1. Double check on quantity purchase request from Warehouse / HQ before proceed for PO.

2. To follow up supplier purchase order (Retail/WH) on pending PO.

3. Meet on new supplier / request of new product / trade offer with merchandising officer.

4. Do ordering for fresh Vege/Fruit/Frozen - Monitoring Purchas / Sales Performance / Disposed.

5. Check on purchasing documents (PO/MRF/URF/ITRF/PRF) for signatory.

6. To analyze SKU sales performance thru Aging report / stock movement.

7. To verify and check on merchandising Monthly Promotion.

8. Prepare monthly Budget for Warehouse - cut off 20hb.

9. Do Monthly report for Purchasing Department.

1. Daily monitoring on retail sales and outlet GP.

11. To check on outlet layout plan / planogram merchandise display - outlet to follow new layout.

12. Check and monitoring outlet and Warehouse stock take progress / stock take monthly report.

13. To find solution of problem arise in outlet (especially in stock issue / sales target).

14. To perform ad hoc / duties, assign by ED.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
