Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate strategy or related functions.

• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in strategic planning, corporate initiatives, and management reporting.

Job Responsibilities

• Provides support to the GCEO/Management in corporate strategy, planning, and business initiatives.

• Compose and prepare correspondences and presentations; compile documents for meetings.

• Provide administrative and project management support to the GCEO/Management.

• Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously, proactively and follow through on projects to successful completion.

• Lead all aspects of corporate communications and media relations including reputation, crisis and issues management, media queries, media engagement and events, corporate reporting and oversight for content development across MUIP Holdings Group.

• Work closely with the GCEO/Management to develop messaging and narratives on the business to ensure consistency of MUIP Holdings Group’s branding.

• Establish, enhance and maintain good network and relationships with key stakeholders.

• Ensure internal stakeholders’ awareness of corporate plans and programs including but not limited to corporate branding, staff engagement, organizational development.

• Perform any other duties/tasks as may be required from time to time.
