Job Summary

Saverbro Sandakan is looking for a creative, confident, and results-driven Content Creator Executive & Live Host to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, producing, filming, and editing engaging content for our social media platforms. You will also conduct live streaming sessions to introduce products, communicate with viewers, and support the company’s marketing and sales objectives.

This position is suitable for someone who is comfortable appearing in front of the camera, understands current social media trends, and can consistently produce high-quality content within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and develop creative content ideas for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant social media platforms.
* Film, edit, and publish engaging short-form videos, promotional content, product demonstrations, and campaign materials.
* Host live streaming sessions confidently and professionally.
* Present and explain products clearly during live sessions.
* Engage with viewers by answering questions and encouraging audience interaction.
* Create strong video hooks, captions, storytelling concepts, and calls to action.
* Apply suitable camera angles, lighting, audio, pacing, and visual effects when producing content.
* Stay updated with current social media trends, viral formats, platform features, and audience behaviour.
* Recommend improvements based on content performance and audience feedback.
* Prepare content according to the company’s marketing calendar and campaign schedule.
* Work closely with the marketing, sales, and retail teams to support promotions, product launches, and company activities.
* Ensure all content follows the company’s branding, communication style, and quality standards.
* Manage content files, raw footage, edited videos, and other digital assets properly.
* Complete assigned tasks independently and meet all required deadlines.

Job Requirements:

* Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, live hosting, or a related role.
* Good understanding of short-form video content and current social media trends.
* Strong video shooting and editing skills.
* Proficient in editing applications such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
* Good knowledge of camera angles, lighting, audio, storytelling, hooks, pacing, and content presentation.
* Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
* Able to communicate clearly and interact professionally with viewers during live-streaming sessions.
* Good understanding of social media algorithms, audience behaviour, engagement, and content performance.
* Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
* Able to consistently produce quality content.
* Good teamwork and communication skills.
* Experience in retail, product promotion, TikTok Live, or TikTok Shop will be an added advantage.
