Job description

1) Maintains inventory and supplies by receiving, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders. Read and transact production orders, shipping orders, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and/or shipped. Preparing BOM (Bill of Materials) and check stock status.

2) Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; and reconciling variances.

3) Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations and demonstrating high standards of work practices and safety conscious behavior.

4) Liaise with drivers, inter department staffs and warehouse personnel. Coordinate efficient operation of the warehouse. All resources are utilized efficiently.

5) Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to superior. Monitors equipment or processes and report problems to superior. Keep records on the use/or damage of stock or stock handling equipment.

6) Handling custom’s application, monthly reports and etc.

7) Handling sub-con issue.

8) Manage and achieve inventory accuracy by ensuring incoming and outgoing of physical stock followed SOP

9) Any other task assigned by superior

10) Preferable Mandarin Speaking candidates will be more advantage as the job requires (to deal with Mandarin speaking clients/ vendors)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chemor: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Warehouse: 2 years (Preferred)
