Responsibilities

Draftsperson (Civil & Structural)

Location: Seremban, Negeri Sembilan
Company: UNITI Consultants Sdn. Bhd.

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare Civil & Structural (C&S) engineering drawings using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
  • Produce detailed plans, sections, elevations, and construction details based on engineers' designs.
  • Revise and update drawings according to engineers' comments and client requirements.
  • Coordinate drawings with architectural, M&E, and other project disciplines.
  • Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and local authority requirements.
  • Maintain proper drawing documentation and revision records.
  • Assist engineers in preparing submission drawings and tender/construction documentation.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil & Structural drafting (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for Junior Draftsperson positions).
  • Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Civil 3D, Revit, or BIM is an added advantage).
  • Good understanding of construction drawings and engineering detailing.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • AutoCAD
  • Civil 3D (advantage)
  • Revit/BIM (advantage)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and teamwork skills

Employment Type

  • Full-Time

Salary

RM2,300 – RM4,000 per month
(Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.)
