Job Description:

• In charge of the full spectrum of foreign workers related matters from recruitment, quota application, government agencies’ approvals, foreign worker arrivals to onboarding including accommodation in the hostel.
• Ensure full compliance in policies and procedures with regards to foreign workers issues and statutory requirements.
• To be one of the company’s main liaisons between immigration, JTK and other related government agencies on foreign workers work permit renewal, insurance etc.
• Manage expatriate’s employment pass.
• Manage and monitor of employees’ probation and confirmation.
• Manage and monitor of employees’ contract renewal including the stamping contract.
• Administering of employee benefits programs such as leave and medical plan.
• Manage staff movement process including transfer, resignation & exit procedures.
• Accomplish work related activities or tasks assigned by superior as needed.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3 years of working experience in HR role.
• Strong understanding of local employment acts and labor legislation.
• Good communication, high confidentiality, problem-solving abilities
