• Responsible for bar counter daily operation, cash handling and customer interaction.
• Able to answer customers questions that are related to cafe's products including drinks, pastries and hot food ingredients.
• Able to train, guide and motivate juniors.
• Handle stock count and replenish inventory and highlight the stock ordering to superior.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of bar equipment.
• Communicate customer feedback to senior staff.
• To constantly improve and perform beverages skills & knowledge required which includes all beverages.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the outlet.
• Assist in creating seasonal beverages. (minimum one sellable drink item a month)
