Job Summary

Ins-Solutions Agency Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused People Operations Specialist to support employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and workplace initiatives. The successful candidate will manage HR processes, improve employee experiences, and collaborate with internal teams to support a positive and efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily HR operations including employee records, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Support employee lifecycle activities from recruitment coordination to employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate HR databases and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate payroll administration, benefits management, and employee documentation.
• Assist with HR reporting, workforce analytics, and process improvements.
• Support employee engagement programs and internal communication initiatives.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to resolve HR-related inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment practices, and HR systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management software is an advantage.
