Site Supervisor (Entry / Intermediate Level)

Job Summary
Inter-Granite Sdn. Bhd. (IGSB) is looking for a committed and responsible Site Supervisor with a valid Triple S (Safety, Security, Sanitation) certification to support our construction projects. This role is ideal for entry to intermediate-level candidates who are eager to gain hands-on site experience while ensuring works are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with project requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to technical specifications and approved plans
• Monitor project progress to ensure completion within scheduled timeline and budget
• Track and record material usage and labour costs at site
• Oversee site workers and subcontractors to ensure performance and productivity
• Report site progress, issues, and workforce performance to management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations and workflow
• Maintain good working relationships with workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure all variations or changes are properly communicated and executed
• Enforce Triple S (Safety, Security, Sanitation) protocols at all times across the project site
• Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Implement and monitor site security measures to protect personnel, materials, and equipment
• Ensure site facilities and work areas are maintained to high sanitation and hygiene standards
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, local regulations, and authority requirements
• Identify potential site issues and take proactive steps to mitigate risks
• Assist in liaising with relevant authorities during inspections and audits
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management from time to time

Requirement:

• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) – for reporting purposes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Willing to be based at project sites and travel when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
