Key Responsibilities

• Create and administer employee survey using the company's survey platform.
• Coordinate with HR stakeholders to obtain survey translations in multiple languages.
• Upload and maintain translated survey content within the survey platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency across language versions.
• Set up survey questionnaires, logic, translations, and testing prior to launch.
• Monitor survey participation and support survey communications.
• Clean, organize, and validate survey data for analysis.
• Develop and maintain survey analysis and reporting templates using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prepare summary reports and charts to highlight key findings and trends.
• Assist in analyzing quantitative and qualitative feedback to generate insights.
• Support the HR teams with ad-hoc data or reporting needs.

Key Skills

• Undergraduate student in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, charts) and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with survey tools (e.g., QuestionPro, Qualtrics, Microsoft Forms) is an advantage but not required.

Duration

• September to November 2026 (3 months, may be extended if needed).
• 2 days work-from-home, per week.
