Precast Concrete Manufacturing

• Location: Senai, Johor (Working on-site/ production plant)
• Working Hours: 5.5 days + OT
• Monday – Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM (Half Day)
• Overtime is required based on production needs; daily
• Salary: RM1,800 – RM4,500/month (Based on qualifications & relevant experience)

About the Role

We are expanding our precast manufacturing operations and looking for motivated candidates to join our team as Production Supervisor, Production Engineer, or QAQC Engineer.

This role is responsible for managing daily precast production activities, ensuring product quality, improving operational efficiency, and coordinating with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.

We welcome applications from fresh graduates and experienced candidates who are interested in building a career in the precast concrete manufacturing and construction industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Operations

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily precast production activities according to project schedules and delivery requirements.
• Monitor production progress to ensure safety, productivity, and quality standards are achieved.
• Manage manpower allocation and supervise production workers to meet output targets.
• Monitor material usage and reduce production wastage.
• Prepare production reports and track operational performance.

QA/QC & Quality Control

• Conduct quality inspections throughout pre-casting, casting, and post-casting processes.
• Ensure precast components comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities and maintain quality documentation.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with QAQC procedures and construction standards.

Technical & Project Coordination

• Review and interpret engineering drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, RTOs, and site teams regarding production requirements.
• Resolve technical issues related to precast production and installation.
• Maintain inspection records and project documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Related Engineering / Construction fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with knowledge/ experience in: Precast manufacturing, Construction, Precast QAQC will have an added advantage.
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and construction specifications.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of construction methods and QAQC procedures.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
