QC Inspector

Location:** Nilai, Negeri Sembilan
Salary:** RM2,200 – RM2, 400 (Based on qualifications and experience)

About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented *QC Inspector* to join our Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out inspections, testing, and quality control activities to ensure all raw materials, components, and finished products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct incoming inspections for PVC materials and components according to inspection requirements and quality standards.
* Perform daily inspections for infill, in-process production, and gluing processes.
* Carry out visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes.
* Ensure product measurements and tolerances comply with approved specifications.
* Perform outgoing inspections, including verification of product labels and QC Pass stickers before shipment.
* Ensure finished products are in good condition before loading and delivery.
* Conduct incoming PVC impact and tensile tests.
* Perform incoming component inspections and functional verification.
* Carry out testing for driveshafts and bearing housings.
* Conduct sampling inspections for new product models during production.
* Ensure all inspection and testing results meet quality requirements and specifications.
* Record inspection findings and test results accurately in the computerized quality system.
* Maintain accurate records of quality issues, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
* Ensure proper filing and document control for all quality inspection records.
* Report quality concerns promptly and work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
* Perform other quality-related duties assigned by the QC Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements
* SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
* Experience in Quality Control or Manufacturing is an advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Knowledge of quality inspection procedures and basic quality standards.
* Able to use measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and measuring tapes.
* Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
* Good attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
