Job Responsibilities

• Generate and process customer's order
• Timely keying in orders and acknowledgement of customer purchase orders.
• Interface with customers to answer queries.
• Coordinating stock control operations with warehouse staff, as well as the sales and account departments.
• Generate daily and monthly inventory, stock reports
• Generate and process purchase requisition form and process a purchase order.
• Any other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Committed & able to work independently.
• Preferably can join immediately.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written, and verbal communication skills are required.
• Fresh Graduate is also encouraged to apply.
• No Experience required: training will be provided.

Working hours :

5.5days per weeks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
