Job Responsibilities
Introduce and promote AI-related trial courses to prospective learners through online meetings, WhatsApp and other communication channels, and support the conversion of enquiries into course enrolments.
Develop a good understanding of our course offerings, including machine learning, deep learning, large language model applications and other AI-related topics, and recommend suitable courses based on each learner’s background and goals.
Maintain accurate follow-up records for prospective learners, manage the sales pipeline and work towards monthly sales targets.
Collect feedback from prospective and enrolled learners, and work with the team to improve the content and delivery of trial lessons.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or holding a Polytechnic diploma or higher qualification, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, as the role will support English-speaking markets.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and accessible way.
Basic knowledge of AI, such as machine learning concepts, commonly used AI tools or frameworks, and large language model applications.
Previous experience in online sales, education consulting, telesales or customer conversion is preferred. Candidates with at least one year of relevant sales experience will be given priority.
Interns and recent graduates are welcome to apply. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time position.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling courses, training programmes, SaaS products or technology-related services.
Comfortable communicating with prospective learners through video calls and WhatsApp.
Strong interest in AI technology and the education industry.
Goal-oriented, proactive and capable of managing follow-ups independently.
