Job Descriptions

•  Assist in creating, updating, and closing production/process orders in SAP 

• Support material issuance, goods movement, and inventory tracking in SAP 

• Coordinate with production, planning, and warehouse teams to ensure timely data entry.

• Troubleshoot basic SAP user issues and escalate complex problems to IT or SAP specialists 

• Generate SAP reports for production, inventory, and quality tracking 

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with SOPs 

• Provide training or guidance to team members on SAP usage 

• Monitor system transactions to ensure data integrity and process flow

• Update and maintain Operational Efficiency OE) and Production Performance KPI reports.

• Collect and update machine downtime data for OE/OEE analysis.

• Ensure proper filing of production-related documents for audit readiness.

• Provide timely and accurate reports to managers for operational decision making.

• Update and maintain the daily production output report to ensure accuracy.

• Update and prepare weekly and monthly scrap reports to ensure accuracy

• Prepare material request approval forms and submit them to the purchasing team.

 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum SPM with 1 year experience in related fields.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Familiarity with SAP modules in a manufacturing context.

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing workflows and inventory control

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
