About the Role

Are you passionate about nutrition science and building meaningful relationships with healthcare professionals? This is your opportunity to be the face of Fonterra — driving product awareness, securing medical endorsements, and generating demand for our range of nutritional products.

In this field-based role, you will engage Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through targeted product detailing, presentations, and education on the latest advances in nutrition science, ultimately translating those relationships into tangible off-take results.

What You'll Be Doing

• Execute planned, KPI-driven call cycles to key HCPs, ensuring effective coverage at optimal cost and efficiency
• Support and implement all initiatives and activities directed by the Medical Sales Team
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM/reporting system that tracks HCP recommendation patterns and other relevant insights
• Submit accurate monthly expense reports and all required company report on time
• Identify and secure milk rotation opportunities and HCP recommendations across hospitals and confinement homes
• Manage distribution of professional goods and promotional materials to hospitals, confinement homes, and clinics — including periodic checks to ensure materials are being utilized effectively
• Organize and participate in medical congresses, health exhibitions, and public forums to raise brand awareness and gain HCP endorsement
• Uphold a thorough understanding of and compliance with all company policies, practices, and training guidelines

What You'll Bring

• Education: A background in Nutrition, Dietetics, or Bachelor of Science is essential; a qualification in Nutrition/Dietetics is a distinct advantage
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, nutrition, or a related science field
• Track Record: Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, sales, negotiation, and stakeholder influencing
• Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a solid business acumen
• Mindset: Curious, positive, and motivated by challenge — you thrive in a dynamic, people-facing environment
• Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa and/or Mandarin is a strong advantage
• Location: Must be based in Ipoh, Perak
