Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ipoh, responsible for promoting and selling residential properties and housing solutions offered by KPKT. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with prospective buyers, conducting property briefings and site visits, explaining product features and financing options, and managing the end-to-end sales process from initial contact to closing. The role involves maintaining accurate sales records, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with project and marketing teams to support promotional activities and campaigns. The Sales Specialist will also provide customer service and post-sale support, participate in sales training sessions, and help improve sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation and the ability to explain housing products and financing options effectively.
  • Proven Customer Service abilities, with a focus on building trust, responding to inquiries promptly, and supporting buyers throughout the purchase process.
  • Demonstrated Sales experience, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
  • Experience in Training or coaching, and familiarity with Sales Management practices such as pipeline tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to work on-site in Ipoh, with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems) and comfort with reporting and documentation.
  • Prior experience in property, real estate, or housing-related sales is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
