Job Description:

• Lead and manage store operations during scheduled shifts, ensuring all departments function efficiently.
• Oversee inventory levels, product quality, stock replenishment, and waste management.
• Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed in line with MBG Fresh Market policies.
• Supervise team members across relevant departments, ensuring all tasks are performed effectively.
• Handle escalated customer inquiries, complaints, or issues, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
• Maintain visually appealing product displays and adhere to category merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure pricing and signage accuracy across all products.
• Monitor product freshness and implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Conduct routine shift reports and communicate operational updates to the Store Manager.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
