• Greet Club members, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
• Ensure the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for Club members.
• Serve food from the kitchen to club members at their table or in self-service areas.
• Ensure dining area cleanliness daily by clearing tables, returning trays to the kitchen, sweeping and mopping floors, washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils, and servicing restrooms.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
• Handle club members’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
• Any other duties as assigned by management.
• Arrive to work on time / No lateness

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM1,900.00 per month
