Full Time Outdoor Sales Executive (M-E) Jobs, salary up to MYR 6,500 in TKH ACMV INDUSTRIES SDN BHD Balakong - Ricebowl

• Site Evaluation & Survey: Assess client facilities to evaluate structural layouts, airflow dynamics, electrical connections, and mechanical constraints while taking precise measurements for reliable scoping.
• System Design & Proposals: Technical selection and custom design of HVAC configurations—such as VRF/VRV systems, commercial splits, mechanical ventilation, and ductwork—tailored to specific site requirements.
• Costing & Estimations: Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BQ) and commercial proposals, accurately costing equipment, materials, labor, and profit margins.
• Pipeline & Client Relationship Management: Drive sales conversion by proactively following up on quotes, addressing technical queries, negotiating terms, and closing pending proposals.
• Project Handover: Partner with internal project and installation teams to seamlessly transfer verified site measurements, scopes, and finalized drawings post-sale.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
