Summary

We are hiring a Remote Call Center Recruiter to join our expanding recruitment team. In this role, you will engage with job seekers through high-volume outbound calling, conduct initial candidate assessments, and help identify qualified applicants for open positions. Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates using company-provided leads.
• Conduct initial recruitment conversations and assess candidate qualifications.
• Explain available career opportunities and answer applicant questions.
• Qualify candidates based on hiring guidelines and job requirements.
• Schedule interviews for successful candidates with the recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate candidate information within the CRM and applicant tracking system.
• Meet daily call, screening, and interview scheduling objectives.
• Collaborate with recruiters to ensure an efficient hiring process.
• Complete additional recruitment and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service and telephone communication abilities.
• Reliable computer, smartphone, high-speed internet, backup internet connection, and stable electricity.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while meeting performance goals.
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, recruiting, appointment setting, or sales is preferred but not required.
