Job Description:

• Oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, and compliance with company standard
• Supervising staff, handling customer concerns, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment
• Supervise and coordinate front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts
• Ensure high standards of customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints
• Assign duties, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support to team members
• Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service speed
• Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reports
• Support inventory control and assist with ordering supplies
• Communicate effectively with management regarding operations and staff issues

Qualifications & Required Skills

• Minimum Diploma or SPM (or equivalent) in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Relevant working experience in the restaurant industry, particularly in a supervisory or management role.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and customer service best practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to guide and manage team members effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with POS systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
