The Gentle Harbour Swim is a Singapore-based swimwear brand creating timeless, thoughtfully designed swimwear inspired by slow coastal living.

We’re currently building our very first collection with a focus on flattering fits, quality craftsmanship, and creating pieces that women genuinely feel confident wearing. Every design is carefully considered, from fit and comfort to the smallest construction details because we believe beautiful swimwear should feel as good as it looks.

As an early-stage start-up, we’re documenting the journey from concept to launch and building our brand in public through authentic storytelling on Instagram and TikTok.

Joining The Gentle Harbour Swim means more than just an internship. You’ll be part of our founding team, working directly with the founder and contributing to the growth of a fashion brand from day one. You’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media, branding, photoshoots, and the behind-the-scenes process of launching a consumer brand.

Job Description

As our Content & Social Media Intern, you’ll help bring The Gentle Harbour Swim to life through engaging content across Instagram and TikTok.

You’ll work closely with the founder to document the journey of building our first swimwear collection while creating content that reflects our brand’s calm, coastal aesthetic.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content for Instagram and TikTok
• Film behind-the-scenes moments during product development and photoshoots
• Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software
• Design Instagram posts, Stories and Reels using Canva
• Research trends, content ideas and social media best practices
• Schedule and manage social media content
• Support influencer outreach and creator collaborations
• Assist with launch campaigns and marketing activities

We’re Looking For Someone Who

• Loves fashion, beauty or lifestyle content
• Has an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• Enjoys filming and editing videos
• Is familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Canva and CapCut
• Is proactive, organised and eager to learn
• Can work independently and bring creative ideas to the table

No extensive experience is required! We’re looking for creativity, initiative, and someone who’s excited to grow with us.
