Overview:
The Farm Maintenance Technician supports daily farm operations by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on agricultural systems and equipment. This role ensures smooth functioning of farm infrastructure, including irrigation, plumbing, electrical systems, and production machinery, while assisting farm technicians in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair irrigation pumps, water lines, and related systems.
• Perform plumbing works including fixing leaks, pipe repairs, fittings, drainage checks, and waterline maintenance.
• Install and maintain farm plumbing components such as pipelines, valves, fittings, water outlets, and drainage systems.
• Carry out basic electrical troubleshooting for lighting, sockets, and breakers within farm facilities.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for farm equipment (vacuum cleaners, pressure water jets, dehumidifiers).
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Support farm technicians in daily operations, including setup and maintenance of grow modules and system connections.
• Perform general facility maintenance including lighting, plumbing, and minor structural repairs.
• Maintain documentation such as preventive maintenance checklists, service reports, and breakdown logs.
• Follow company safety procedures including Lockout-Tagout (LOTO).

Required Skills:

• Mechanical, plumbing, and water pump troubleshooting.
• Ability to repair and install plumbing components.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use tools such as multimeters and gauges.
• Good teamwork and communication, with willingness to support farm technicians in daily operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
