Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead the housekeeping team to ensure properties are cleaned and ready before guest check-ins and after check-outs.
• Plan and coordinate daily housekeeping schedules.
• Inspect properties to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with the Guest Experience and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor housekeeping inventory and replenish cleaning supplies and guest amenities as needed.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff to maintain service standards and work efficiency.
• Handle operational issues and assist in resolving guest-related concerns when required.
• Perform any other administrative duties assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotels, serviced apartments, or short-term rental operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to plan work schedules and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.

Pay: From RM2,200.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
