1. Manage the Full Project Life cycle

Manage multiple projects from pre-construction planning, design, authority requirements, tendering and contractor appointment through construction, commissioning, completion, handover and final close-out, ensuring projects are delivered within or ahead of approved budget and programme.

2. Lead Project Planning, Programme & Delivery

Develop and drive master programmes, construction sequencing, look-ahead and short-interval plans, aligning resources, materials and site readiness with project milestones, sales-stage claim targets, client requirements and overall business objectives. Identify delays and critical-path issues early and implement effective recovery measures.

3. Lead Site Operations & Construction Management

Closely supervise and control site activities, ensuring manpower, productivity, materials, resources, access and work sequencing are properly managed. Ensure construction is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, programmes and company standards, while minimising material damage, loss and wastage.

4. Manage Contractors, Consultants & Project Teams

Provide leadership and direction to project teams and coordinate contractors, consultants and internal departments to resolve technical matters, trade interfaces, construction clashes and site constraints. Conduct regular coordination meetings, drive accountability and ensure timely decision-making and close-out of actions.

5. Ensure Quality, Safety & Compliance

Monitor and enforce construction quality, ensuring workmanship, materials and completed works meet approved designs, specifications, company standards and client expectations. Ensure statutory, contractual, regulatory, authority, health, safety and environmental requirements are fully complied with, including appropriate controls for high-risk activities.

6. Manage Cost, Commercial & Project Performance

Monitor project budgets, variations, resources and expenditure; prepare quarterly budget forecasts; verify contractor claims and invoices; and implement effective cost-control measures. Provide accurate and timely management reporting on progress, cost, quality, safety, risks, delays, recovery actions and key decisions.

7. Lead Completion, Commissioning & Handover

Lead inspections, testing, commissioning, defect rectification, completion and handover, ensuring all scopes, deliverables and transition requirements are completed on time or ahead of schedule. Obtain required authorised sign-offs and ensure the completed project meets client needs, acceptance criteria, approved design guidelines, company standards and business objectives before final close-out.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
