Kwantas Corporation Berhad Hiring! Full Time Assistant Manager - ERP System - Dashboard in Sabah - Ricebowl

We are looking for a driven and technically minded individual to join us as Assistant Manager - ERP System & Dashboard. This role suits someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, data, and business processes, maintaining our ERP environment, building insightful dashboards, and automating workflows that support decision-making across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the ERP system, including chart of accounts, customer, vendor, and item master data, and posting group setup and mapping

• Facilitate system migration projects such as company setup, opening balance and transaction data migration, master data migration, and API data integration

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards using measures and DAX formulas

• Clean, transform, and organise data from Excel and other sources using Power Query

• Build and maintain automated workflows for recurring activities using Power Automate

• Provide day-to-day system support and troubleshooting for users across departments

• Assist in onboarding new users through training and system walkthroughs

• Liaise with external system vendors on technical matters and with the IT department on hardware, software, and network issues.

• Attend workshops and training regularly to continue enhancing work deliverables

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with 3–4 years of relevant experience

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 Business Central, GP, or NAV) preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel; working knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Automate is an advantage

• Multilingual in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication

• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or API data integrations will be an advantage

• Professional membership (ACCA, CPA, MICPA, MIA, or MBOT) is a plus point
