1. Building administration and Furnishing

• Maintain item list, storage location code, furnishing and installation lists.
• Apply or terminate water meters, Sesco meters and telephone lines.
• Check utilities bills and suggest ways to reduce cost of utilities.
• Periodic audit to ensure proper usage of all equipment and left over stock.

2. Building repairs

• Use AutoCAD to update drawings
• Preparation of bill of material repairs
• Process purchase requisition: verify works payment
• Source, evaluate and select quotations based on repair needs

3. Insurance, Road tax, License Renewal ,Vehicle Repair and maintain vehicle maintenance card.

4. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical & Electrical, Civil, Structural or related field.

5. At least 3 years’ experience in related field
