Job Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines according to work instructions and production requirements.
• Ensure machines are running smoothly and safely during production.
• Perform machine start-up, operation and shutdown procedures.
• Check product quality during the production process.
• Ensure production output meets the required quantity and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine adjustments when required.
• Report machine breakdowns, abnormalities or production issues to the Supervisor or Technician.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the machine and work area.
• Follow company Safety, Quality and Production procedures.
• Record production output, defects and machine-related information accurately.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Production Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a Machine Operator / Production Operator is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shift schedules and overtime when required.
• Able to follow work instructions and production procedures.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and production processes is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
