Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Develop and create content for the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn.
- Produce written and visual content such as social media posts, short-form videos, graphics, stories and other digital content.
- Plan, shoot and edit video content for social media and marketing campaigns.
- Write captions, scripts and marketing copy that are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Manage and schedule social media content according to the content calendar.
- Monitor social media trends and identify relevant content opportunities.
Social Media Management
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and maintain consistent content across platforms.
- Respond to comments and messages and support day-to-day community engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers, content creators and external partners when required.
Content Performance & Reporting
- Monitor social media metrics such as reach, engagement and audience growth.
- Prepare regular reports on content and social media performance.
- Identify areas for improvement based on performance data and audience feedback.
- Keep up to date with social media platform updates, trends and best practices.
Marketing Campaigns & Events
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Assist with marketing events, activations and other promotional activities.
- Develop supporting content such as blog articles, customer stories, testimonials and behind-the-scenes content.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing and Design teams to ensure content supports overall marketing objectives.
- Support other marketing initiatives and cross-functional projects when required.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in content creation and social media management is preferred.
- Applicants should provide a portfolio or examples of previous content work.
- Basic to strong skills in video shooting and editing using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.
- Good written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content scheduling and basic social media analytics.
- Good understanding of current social media trends and content formats.
- Willing to work full-time and on-site at iMotorbike, Johor Bahru.
- Comfortable learning and using workplace tools such as Lark and Google Workspace.
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with the Marketing team.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
