Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily coordination and monitoring of outsourced services within the hospital.
  • Liaise with outsourced service providers, supervisors, and relevant hospital departments regarding operational matters.
  • Monitor manpower deployment, work schedules and service performance of outsourced personnel.
  • Ensure outsourced personnel comply with hospital policies, procedures, safety requirements, and workplace standards.
  • Follow up on operational issues, complaints, service deficiencies, and corrective actions involving outsourced services.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure outsourced services are delivered according to agreed requirements and service standards.
  • Maintain proper records of reports, checklists and related documentation.
  • Assist in preparing operational reports, service performance records, and monthly summaries.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for access, work arrangements, equipment, facilities, and other operational requirements.
  • Assist in monitoring contracts, service agreements, work scopes, and renewal or expiry dates where required.
  • Support the Operations team in handling ad-hoc operational matters and assignments.
  • Escalate significant operational issues to the relevant supervisor or management for further action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Healthcare Management, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in operations, administration, facility management, outsourcing, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Experience in a hospital, healthcare, facility management, or service-based environment will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with internal departments and external service providers.
  • Good organizational and coordination skills.
  • Able to monitor multiple tasks and follow up on operational matters effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle operational issues professionally.
  • Willing to work in a hospital environment and handle ad-hoc operational requirements.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,100.00 per month
