About the role

Hong Heng Group of Companies is a trusted name in Malaysia’s transportation and logistics industry. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SUPPLY CHAIN EXECUTIVE who is proactive in driving improvements, capable of developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and committed to building a more structured and systematic logistics operation. This role is ideal for someone who is not only experienced in logistics but also passionate about making processes better, more efficient, and more consistent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process warranty claims and ensure supporting documents are submitted on time.

• Track warranty claim status and follow up on approvals or rejections.

• Maintain customer database and service records.

• Prepare quotations and invoices for repair jobs and spare parts sales.

• Verify work orders, parts usage and labour charges before invoicing.

• Prepare monthly reports and support month-end closing activities.

• Ensure proper documentation and ISO compliance.

• Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.

• Perform other duties assigned by HOD.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair and maintain vehicles and equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities.

• Execute warranty repair work according to company procedures.

• Complete work orders accurately and promptly.

• Communicate repair findings and recommendations to customers when required.

• Assist in resolving customer complaints related to technical issues.

• Report recurring faults and major issues to the warranty team.

• Maintain workshop cleanliness and proper tool management.

• Comply with all safety regulations and workshop procedures.

• Report unsafe conditions or damaged equipment immediately.

• Perform other duties assigned by HOD.

What we're looking for

Education & Experience

• Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of working experience in customer service and billing.

Skills & Attributes

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ERP system.

• Detail-oriented and able to work with numbers accurately.

• Comfortable speaking with customers via phone, email, or in person.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

Added Advantage

• Experience in automotive industry (workshop, dealership, or service center).

• Familiarity with warranty claim procedures for heavy vehicles.
