About the role

As a Sourcing and Clients Services, you will be the bridge between clients and candidates by managing recruitment, interviews, onboarding, and worker support. You will understand manpower needs, coordinate with clients, solve workplace concerns, and ensure smooth communication. This hands-on role involves both office and client-site work.

Your responsibilities and scope of work shall include, but not limited to, the following:

Recruitment and Client Service

(a) Lead and manage the recruitment activities for all assigned projects, including the recruitment of foreign workers and local contract workers;

(b) Act as the key contact person for assigned clients and provide the necessary support, coordination and follow-up on a daily basis;

Worker Management and Payroll Support

(c) Monitor and report the attendance of workers to assigned clients;

(d) Conduct briefing and intake sessions for workers and ensure that relevant information and requirements are properly communicated;

(e) Attend to and resolve workers’ enquiries, concerns and other employment-related issues in a timely manner;

(f) Check and verify workers’ salary information during the salary payout period and follow up on any discrepancies or salary-related matters where required;

Miscellaneous

(g) Assist with any recruitment, client servicing, worker management, administrative and

operational tasks as assigned by the Company from time to time

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma and above in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in HR operations, administration, or related field.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel when required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic administrative documentation handling.

Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
