BASED IN KUCHING

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in QS or cost control.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCad, and quantity measurement software.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in dynamic construction environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform quantity take-off and measurement for various types of projects (building, civil, and renovation works).
• Prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.
• Administer and manage contractual matters, including evaluation of variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Conduct cost analysis and prepare financial reports to support project budgeting and control.
• Prepare and verify monthly progress claims, work done certifications, and payment recommendations.
• Coordinate and liaise with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure accurate and timely cost reporting.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
