· Manage the company's Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce stores.

· Create, update, and optimize product listings, including product descriptions, photos, prices, and specifications.

· Ensure all product information is accurate and up to date.

· Manage online promotions, vouchers, discounts, bundles, and campaigns.

· Participate in platform campaigns and promotional events.

· Monitor daily orders, sales, revenue, product performance, and inventory.

· Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed and fulfilled on time.

· Monitor customer reviews, ratings, enquiries, and feedback.

· Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues.

· Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends.

· Analyze e-commerce sales data and prepare regular performance reports.

· Identify opportunities to increase online sales and improve store performance.

· Support livestream sales and promotional campaigns when required.

· Ensure the online store is attractive, updated, and easy for customers to navigate.

· Perform other e-commerce-related duties assigned by management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
