Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Hospitality: Greet guests warmly, guide them to seating, present menus, introduce specials, take accurate orders, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
• Order Management & POS: Input orders efficiently into the POS system, coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen staff, and handle take-away or delivery orders.
• Table Management & Hygiene: Maintain pristine dining and service areas, handle table settings, clear and sanitize tables promptly, and adhere strictly to health and safety regulations.
• Cashier & Reservations: Process cash, card, and mobile payments accurately, manage phone inquiries, and handle table reservations following company standards.
• Teamwork: Support your team members across different sections during peak hours to ensure smooth operations and fast service times.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and stay calm under pressure.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and handle tasks like carrying trays and setting up tables.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High level of honesty and accuracy when handling customer payments.
