• To assist the Director of Sales in planning, promoting, coordinating, and executing events, meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, and other group functions.
• Generate event revenue, developing client relationships, securing new business, and ensuring successful coordination between clients and hotel operating departments.
• Assist in achieving the hotel's monthly, quarterly, and annual event sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets, corporate events, and social functions.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits, site inspections, presentations, and sales activities to promote the hotel's event facilities and services.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, wedding planners, government agencies, associations, and other potential customers.
• Respond promptly to event enquiries, prepare quotations, proposals, packages, and contracts.
• Follow up on all leads, enquiries, proposals, and tentative bookings to convert them into confirmed business.
• Upsell hotel accommodation, meeting packages, food and beverage, banquet facilities, and other hotel services.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
