Job Description

• Prepare, check, and issue accurate sales orders, invoices and delivery orders to customers.
• Follow up on outstanding payments, assist with basic accounting, and maintain billing records.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
• Prepare daily or monthly billing reports summaries.
• Any others duties as assign by Superior or Management

Required Skills and Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 1 year of working experience or a Diploma in Accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic bookkeeping or accounting software
• High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and ability to work independently
