• Prepare DO / Invoice for shipments
• Liase with CS for shipments arrangement
• Communicate with forwarder for shipments booking & custom declaration
• Prepare/print documentation & label for shipments
• Responsible for filing monthly shipping docs
• Collect proof of delivery documents for Acct billing
• Filing & record custom form for export shipments

Education

• SPM, STPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing operations.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of shipping procedures and logistics documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Unit4, or similar) is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
