We have an opening for a Junior Account Manager / Solutions Consultant who is equal parts people-first and technically curious.

You will look after the clients behind three products under one roof:

• Oursky (custom software design and development)
• Authgear (authentication for customer and frontline apps)
• ************* (AI-powered document automation).

This role sits right where business meets technology. You need to genuinely enjoy people, and you need to be comfortable getting your hands into the technical detail. Here, we expect our account managers to build, not just brief. You do not need to know it all on day one. If you are willing to learn, we will teach you the rest.

You will work with enterprise and mid-market teams running mission-critical systems, so the stakes are real and no two accounts look the same.

What you'll own

• Be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of existing clients across Oursky, Authgear, and FormX, and the person they trust to get things sorted.
• Understand each client's actual business problem, propose the right technical solution, and be able to explain how it pays back in real ROI, not just features.
• Vibe-code quick prototypes and proofs of concept with AI coding tools to show a client what's possible, enough to make an idea real and win a demo, not to ship production code.
• Onboard new clients and guide them to real value: steady adoption for Authgear and FormX, and a strong start for Oursky engagements.
• Run regular check-ins and account reviews to understand how each client is doing, surface friction early, and keep satisfaction high.
• Act as the bridge between clients and our internal teams (Engineering, PM, Design, Support), translating client needs into clear asks and following through until they're resolved.
• Spot and grow expansion opportunities: follow-on projects for Oursky clients, plan upgrades and new use cases for Authgear and FormX.
• Own renewals and retention: track contract and subscription timelines, and step in early when an account looks at risk.
• Collect client feedback and feed it back to our product and delivery teams so the products keep getting better.

What we're looking for

• Strong communication in both Cantonese and English, written and spoken, with clients and internal teams alike.
• A real appetite for technology: you are excited to learn how auth, AI document workflows, and software delivery actually work, and to get hands-on rather than staying surface-level.
• Willingness to build: comfortable using AI coding tools to put together a working prototype or demo, or eager to learn how.
• Ability to connect a business problem to a technical solution and articulate the value in plain terms.
• Genuinely organized and reliable: you can juggle many accounts and follow-ups without dropping the ball.
• A proactive, ownership mindset: you chase problems to resolution rather than waiting to be told.
• Native-level Cantonese and competent English proficiency.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. We care more about your ability and willingness to learn than your years of experience.

• Internship or experience in customer success, account management, solutions consulting, or client servicing.
• Exposure to SaaS products or a software / digital agency.
• Side projects, prototypes, or anything you have built with AI coding tools. Show us you like to make things.
