Key Responsibilities

• Participate in training and development programs across different departments.
• Assist in daily operations and departmental activities.
• Learn and understand company policies, procedures, and work processes.
• Support supervisors and managers in assigned projects and tasks.
• Monitor operational performance and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
• Work closely with different teams to support company objectives.
• Participate in improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop leadership skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to undergo training and work in different departments.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
