Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure software quality through testing, defect identification, and collaboration with development teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills and a passion for delivering reliable software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases and test plans.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
• Conduct user acceptance and release testing.
• Prepare test reports and maintain QA documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of software QA or testing experience.
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Selenium, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
